Pre-construction homes can take between a month to 18 months to becompleted. Usually a 5-10% deposit is required at the time of contract,
the rest is normally not due until the closing date. This means that you
can lock in the price of a desirable property and enjoy the rapid
increase in value of your new home before you even close on the property.
